As has happened before this season North Beach started poorly and found themselves 2 goals down after approx 6 minutes. The team fought back and appeared to be on top of Kingsly for the last 20 minutes of the first half. Although they had some chances they were not able to score.

Although confident that they could still take some points from the game the team started the second half as they did the first by letting in two more quick goals. Once again the team fought back and scored 1 goal but they couldnt convert any more of thier chances

After last weeks first loss of the season the reserve boys were out looking for a win. Once again there were big changes to the team from the previous week due to absences, injuries and players moving up to the first team.

We welcomed Potty and Mike from the 18's team who were giving us a hand.

Like last week the game started poorly when we let in a soft goal after 13 minutes. The team fought back and seemed to controll the rest of the half but couldnt put the ball in the net.

Half time saw Potty come on for Adam R who was playing his first game back after being in Englan for 6 weeks. Potty took his opertunity and scored shortly after comming on to equalise. It was starting to look good until the ref gave a free kick just outside our box. The kicker sent the ball to the far post where a player was waiting and headed it into the goal.

Althogh North beach battled on we were not able to score the equaliser.

Special mention to Micheal Kenny who filled in at goal for us. He made some great saves that kept us in the game. Well done also to Potty for scoring his maiden Ametuer goal.
